Hi, I’m Dave. I’ve been playing, writing, recording, and producing music for most of my life. I grew up in New Jersey, went to school in upstate New York, moved to Oakland, CA with my college band, and then relocated to Los Angeles in 2018 where I currently reside.
I’ve been an integral part of Hazel English’s band since she started releasing music. We’ve toured the world, co-written, and recorded music together. Over the last few years I’ve produced and put out my own music under the moniker Davy Era.
Lately I’ve been having a blast collaborating with director Erin Murray on some of her short films, composing and scoring original music.
